For website use, online registration, sponsorship booking, and payment gateway onboarding
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.psydermcon2026.org, submitting a registration form, making a payment, booking a sponsorship package, downloading conference materials, or participating in PSYDERMCON 2026, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable conference policies published by the Organizing Committee.
2. Event Information
Event: PSYDERMCON 2026, 3rd Biennial Conference of Psychodermatology Association of India (PDAI).
Dates and Venue: 5th – 6th September 2026 at The Park Hotel, Kolkata.
Theme: Mind your Skin.
The conference is an academic and professional platform for dermatologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, postgraduate students, sponsors, exhibitors, and allied participants.
3. Registration and Sponsorship
Registration categories, sponsorship packages, stall bookings, scientific session participation, conference kit sponsorship, lunch sponsorship, gala dinner sponsorship, and other packages shall be governed by the tariff and booking details published on the official website or official conference documents.
The Organizing Committee may accept, reject, modify, or cancel a registration or sponsorship request if the information supplied is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, unpaid, or inconsistent with conference eligibility requirements.
4. Fees, Taxes, and Payment
All fees displayed are exclusive of GST and other applicable statutory taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payments may be accepted through approved online payment gateway, UPI, QR code, NEFT/RTGS, direct bank transfer, cheque/DD, or other modes approved by the Organizing Committee.
Bank charges, gateway charges, transaction charges, and convenience fees, if any, shall be borne by the registrant, sponsor, or payer unless otherwise stated.
A transaction shall be treated as successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway/bank and reconciliation by the Organizing Committee or its authorized event partner.
5. Confirmation
Registration, sponsorship, stall allocation, or any conference benefit shall be confirmed only after receipt and verification of the applicable payment and required details. Confirmation may be communicated by email, website dashboard, registration ID, QR code, receipt, invoice, or other official communication.
6. Delegate Badge and Access
Delegate badges, registration QR codes, and entry credentials are mandatory for access to scientific sessions, exhibition areas, meal venues, conference kit distribution, and official conference events.
Badges and QR codes are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Organizing Committee.
Lost, damaged, or misused badges may be reissued or refused at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
7. Accommodation and Venue Rules
Accommodation under residential registration is subject to availability and confirmation. Room allocation, check-in/check-out, incidental charges, personal expenses, venue access, food restrictions, and hotel rules shall be governed by the venue and the Organizing Committee.
8. Sponsorship, Exhibition, and Branding
Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with official sponsorship terms, venue regulations, branding timelines, material submission deadlines, stall handover rules, and all approvals required by the Organizing Committee. Stall allocation is subject to availability and may be made on a first-confirmed, first-served basis or as decided by the Organizing Committee.
9. Conduct and Compliance
All delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, guests, and visitors must maintain professional conduct and comply with applicable laws, venue rules, safety instructions, intellectual property requirements, and ethical standards. The Organizing Committee may deny entry or remove any person whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful to the reputation of the conference.
10. Programme Changes
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific programme, faculty, schedule, venue arrangements, session format, accommodation arrangements, sponsorship benefits, exhibition layout, and event timings due to operational, academic, regulatory, safety, or force majeure reasons.
11. Intellectual Property
All conference materials, branding, website content, brochures, logos, designs, programme materials, photographs, videos, documents, and publications are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Photography, Video, and Media Consent
By attending or participating in the conference, delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and visitors consent to photography, audio/video recording, and media coverage for conference documentation, reporting, educational, promotional, website, and social media purposes, unless otherwise restricted by law or communicated in writing to the Organizing Committee.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Organizing Committee, PDAI, conference secretariat, event partner, venue, sponsors, service providers, and associated persons shall not be liable for indirect loss, travel loss, accommodation loss, loss of business, missed sessions, personal loss, theft, injury, damage, network issues, payment gateway downtime, technical errors, or any event beyond reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
