1. Purpose
This External Link Policy explains how www.psydermcon2026.org may link to third-party websites, payment gateways, online registration platforms, membership portals, maps, social media pages, sponsor/exhibitor pages, venue pages, downloadable documents, or other external resources.
2. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to external sites for registration, payment processing, PDAI membership details, hotel/venue information, scientific resources, sponsor information, maps, email services, document downloads, and social media. Such links are provided for convenience and information only.
3. No Control Over External Sites
External websites are not controlled by the Organizing Committee unless specifically stated. The conference is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability, privacy practices, cookies, payment processing, or policies of external websites.
4. Payment Gateway and Registration Platform
When users are redirected to a payment gateway, registration platform, bank page, UPI interface, or ticketing/registration service, the transaction may be governed by the terms, privacy policy, security practices, and dispute process of that third-party service in addition to conference policies.
5. User Responsibility
Users should verify the URL, website identity, payment amount, payment recipient, transaction status, and security indicators before entering personal or payment information on any external site. Users should not share OTPs, passwords, PINs, CVV, or confidential banking credentials with anyone.
6. Broken or Suspicious Links
If any link on the website appears broken, outdated, suspicious, incorrect, or unsafe, users are requested to inform the Organizing Secretariat immediately.
7. Linking to Our Website
External parties may link to the official conference website only in a fair, lawful, non-misleading, and non-defamatory manner. Use of the conference name, logo, branding, or materials for commercial promotion requires prior written permission unless expressly authorized.
