Registration Guidelines
Please review the registration instructions carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration Process
- Delegates are requested to complete the online registration form available on the official conference website.
- All mandatory fields should be completed accurately.
- Registration shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable registration fee.
- An acknowledgment email containing the registration details and payment confirmation will be sent upon successful registration.
2. Payment of Registration Fee
- Registration fees may be paid through the online payment gateway, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, or any other payment mode approved by the Organizing Committee.
- Bank charges, transaction charges, or payment gateway charges, if any, shall be borne by the registrant.
- Registration will be considered valid only after realization of the payment.
3. Registration Confirmation
- A unique registration ID and QR code will be generated upon confirmation.
- Delegates are requested to preserve the confirmation email and present the QR code (digital or printed) at the registration desk for badge collection.
4. Delegate Badge
- Delegate badges are mandatory for entry into all scientific sessions, exhibition areas, meal venues, and official conference events.
- Badges are strictly non-transferable.
- Lost badges may be reissued at the discretion of the Organizing Committee upon verification and payment of applicable charges.
5. Residential Registration
- Residential registration includes conference participation and accommodation as specified by the Organizing Committee.
- Room allocation will be made on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.
- Any additional personal expenses, incidental charges, or room service charges shall be borne directly by the delegate.
6. Non-Residential Registration
- Non-residential registration includes access to scientific sessions, exhibition area, conference kit, meals and refreshments as specified in the registration package.
7. Conference Kit
- Conference kits and delegate materials shall be distributed only to registered delegates upon completion of registration formalities at the venue.
PSYDERMCON 2026 Registration
Terms & Conditions
1. Registration Confirmation
Submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable registration fee shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by email.
- Cancellations received on or before 31st July 2026 shall be eligible for a refund after deduction of an administrative charge of ₹1,000 per delegate.
- No refunds shall be admissible for cancellations received on or after 1st August 2026.
- Refunds, wherever applicable, shall be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
3. Substitution of Delegate
- Delegate substitutions from the same organization may be permitted up to 15 days prior to the conference, subject to written approval from the Organizing Secretariat.
- No substitution shall be permitted after the closure of online registration.
4. Modification of Registration
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify or upgrade the registration category based on eligibility and payment realization.
5. Accommodation Policy
Accommodation under the residential package is subject to availability and confirmation. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to arrange equivalent accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Photography & Media Consent
By registering for PSYDERMCON 2026, delegates grant permission to the Organizing Committee to photograph, record, or film conference activities and to use such material for conference documentation, promotional activities, publications, websites, and social media platforms without any additional consent or compensation.
7. Data Privacy
The personal information provided during registration shall be used solely for conference administration, communication, and related activities. Delegate data will not be shared with third parties except as required for conference management, statutory compliance, or where consent has been expressly provided.
8. Conference Programme
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the scientific programme, faculty, schedule, venue arrangements, or event timings without prior notice, should circumstances so require.
9. Force Majeure
The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for any delay, postponement, modification, or cancellation of the conference arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government regulations, civil disturbances, strikes, or other force majeure events.
10. Liability
The Organizing Committee, Conference Secretariat, and venue management shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to delegates’ property during the conference period. Delegates are advised to make their own insurance arrangements.
11. GST & Taxes
All registration fees are exclusive of applicable GST and statutory taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing Government regulations.
12. Governing Law
Any dispute arising in connection with conference registration or participation shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
