2. Registration Categories and Fees
The published registration categories include Member, Non-Member, Student, and Accompanying Person,
with separate rates for early bird, normal, and spot registration. Rates are exclusive of GST.

3. Registration Inclusions
Registration with Accommodation: Accommodation for 1 night, 2 lunches, 1 gala dinner, and conference access.
Registration without Accommodation: 2 lunches and conference access.

4. Registration Process
Participants must complete the online registration form with accurate details.
Mandatory fields, category selection, membership/student eligibility, contact information, and payment details must be completed correctly.
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification and issuance of confirmation/registration ID/QR code.
5. Student and Membership Verification
Student registration may require valid institutional ID, postgraduate certificate, or other proof as requested. Member category eligibility may be verified against PDAI or relevant membership details. The Organizing Committee may reclassify the category if eligibility proof is not satisfactory.
6. Payment and Taxes
Registration fees are exclusive of GST and statutory taxes unless expressly stated. Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or convenience fees may be charged separately and shall be borne by the registrant unless otherwise specified.
7. Confirmation and Badge
Upon successful registration, delegates may receive confirmation by email, registration ID, QR code, or other communication. Delegates must present the QR code/confirmation and valid identification at the registration desk to collect the badge and conference materials.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation is available only under applicable residential categories and is subject to availability, confirmation, hotel policy, and allocation by the Organizing Committee. Additional personal expenses shall be borne by the delegate.
9. Changes and Corrections
Corrections to name, email, category, organization, or other registration details must be requested in writing. Approval of changes is subject to verification, operational feasibility, eligibility, payment reconciliation, and discretion of the Organizing Committee.
10. Cancellation and Refund
Registration fees once paid are non-refundable as per the Refund Policy published for the conference, except verified duplicate or failed transactions where the amount is debited without confirmation.
